BBQ Mexicana is a quick service concept inspired by Mary Sue and Susan’s travels to Mexico, where they fell in love with delicious barbacoa and smoked meats. BBQ Mexicana opened its first location across from Border Grill inside Mandalay Bay in 2018 and recently expanded to the Las Vegas Ballpark, Allegiant Stadium, and T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
