Join chef/owners Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger on Wednesday, August 19 at Border Grill Mandalay Bay for an intimate dine around event with guest chefs Hugh Acheson (Five & Ten, The National, Empire State South, and The Florence) and Rick Moonen (RxBoilerRoom and RM Seafood), cocktails created by The Modern Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim, and a panel discussion with the chefs about their experiences on Top Chef Masters.
Guests will enjoy a cocktail reception, menu created by Top Chef Masters, and signed copy of Acheson’s newest cookbook The Broad Fork for $99 person, not including tax and gratuity. Tickets for the event can be purchased here.
A portion of the proceeds from the dinner will support Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch, a program that helps consumers and businesses make choices for healthy oceans.
