Tart cranberries and toasted walnuts are transformed into a refreshing raw relish perfect for topping your Thanksgiving turkey.
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup walnut halves, lightly toasted
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
1 large orange, zested, then peeled and thinly sliced, seeds removed
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until almost smooth; chill until ready to serve.
